These terms govern your use of Wander, an iOS app for immersive audio and video walks. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence to use Wander

Wander grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app's audio, video, or source material, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Wander+ subscriptions

Wander offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Wander+, which unlocks the full catalogue and additional features. The following applies to it:

Wander+ is offered on a monthly or yearly basis. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency.
New subscribers may be offered a free trial. If you subscribe during a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the end of the trial, you are not charged at all.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Purchases are processed by Apple, not by us. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; we cannot issue them directly.

Content and ownership

The audio, video, imagery, and software that make up Wander are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants access to that content for personal listening and viewing, not ownership of it. The catalogue may change over time: walks may be added, updated, or removed.

Using the app safely

Wander plays immersive spatial audio that can mask sounds around you. Do not use it while driving, cycling, or in any situation where you need to hear your surroundings, and take care of your hearing by keeping the volume at a comfortable level.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Wander is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Wander does not collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
